What is the standard delivery time for Just Rads products?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while custom finishes or designer radiators may require a lead time of 2-4 weeks.
Do your radiators come with valves and accessories?
Unless specified as a bundle, our radiators are sold individually to allow you to choose the style and orientation of valves that best suit your pipework. We offer a wide range of matching manual and thermostatic valves separately.
What is your return policy for home heating products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or custom-painted radiators are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are Just Rads products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our radiators come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 5 to 25 years, depending on the material and model. This covers leaks and manufacturing defects but does not cover improper installation.
Can these radiators be used with a heat pump system?
Yes, many of our high-efficiency models are compatible with low-temperature systems like heat pumps. However, you may need a larger surface area to achieve the same heat output compared to a traditional boiler system.
