At Just Rads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home heating solutions. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, valves, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned radiator and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
